About Our Perfume Oils
Perfume oils are concentrated fragrance formulations that contain a higher percentage of aromatic compounds compared to traditional alcohol-based perfumes. They offer longer-lasting scent and are often gentler on sensitive skin.
Our perfume oils are highly concentrated, which means they last longer on the skin than traditional alcohol-based sprays. On average, you can expect 6–8 hours of wear, though this may vary depending on your skin type, application area, and environment. Because they are oils, the scent wears closer to the skin, creating a personal and intimate fragrance experience.
Tip: For even longer wear, apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows) and on moisturised skin.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- UK Express Delivery (when available): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Yes! We offer free UK shipping on orders over £35. For orders under £35, standard shipping rates apply.
Returns & Exchanges
At Daedreams, each fragrance is carefully crafted to bring you a luxury experience. Due to the personal nature of perfume oils, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, return shipping will be reimbursed once the product has been inspected and confirmed.
Due to the hygienic nature of perfume oils, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, including where the scent is not to your personal preference.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at returns@daedreams.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
